Alison Cunningham

Integrative Counsellor  & Supervisor  BACP Accred Registered

Hello, My name is Alison.

I'm a part of the Listening Post CIC's team. Thank you for taking the time to look through our website.

I am a fully qualified counsellor and a registered accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

I believe everybody is unique and individual, as such a one size fits all approach does not work. I work from an integrative approach, tailored to work with your needs.

This enables you to gain the most out of counselling and achieve what you want to achieve.

I offer a relaxed atmosphere where you will be able to examine your thoughts and feelings without being judged and where I will help you to find your own way at your own pace.

I have experience working with both children and adults, dealing with many different needs and issues.

I do not offer advice but I listen without judgement and I am with you along your journey to hopefully finding your own solution to the presenting issues. I am down to earth and provide a safe and confidential space to explore your difficulties.

I believe promoting good mental wellbeing is essential to everyday life, it enriches our relationships and aids our success.
